What's going on?

I have messed up feet, but lately I have been having joint pain everywhere, my feet, knees, elbows, wrists, arms. I gained my weight back, but even when I had this weight before I didn't feel like this. It feels like arthritis or something. My mother and I went shopping the other day, and afterwards I could barely lift my legs to get into the car. I always feel like I'm tripping over my feet now. I don't know what's going on. Plus, I always feel like I'm exhausted, though I have gotten sleep. I can barely stay awake anywhere lately.
